Failed to extract and decrypt credentials

Hi There,

I'm facing this serious issue where the robot fails with an error code: Credential Authentication Failed, message. Failed to extract and decrypt credentials. We have virtual machine where PAD was installed. I tried three troubleshooting method but doesn't help.

Downgrade the PAD version to 2.29 from 2.31 (Even in existing 2.29 issue occurs)
Created new connector from PA cloud flow to PAD
Re-login to PAD

Can anyone help me from this serious issue

I am experiencing the same issue on numerous Automated Cloud Flows triggering desktop flows ever since the most recent update.

Same. Across different versions of PAD I think. But it is not consistent - you can trigger the same desktop flow three times in a row and the third one will work.

Hi everyone,
I have just noticed that with the PAD release 2.33.94.23166 this issue has been fixed.
Try to update your PAD to the latest version (2.33.94.23166).
