Editing Word Documents

Hi guys,

Need help with a flow I am trying to build.

So I need to build a flow that will edit a Word Doc template with inputs I have gathered from a MS Form.

The problem is that I am doing this on a work account and so I need to find a way to do this without using the Word Premium Connectors?

I have extremely limited knowledge of any of this,.

Quick run down of the whole process:

  1. MS Form Submitted
  2. Word Document template is filled out
  3. Completed Document is sent via email to relevant department
    1. Ideally this is as a PDF
    2. Can be a word doc too I dont mind.

Help would be really appreciated on this.

Thanks all

    Hi @NayanM-Triumph ,

Can you please post a rough sketch of the final result from the Form to Word Doc?

What's the data and expectation of the final doc?

    Cheers,

    Aman

    Re: Editing Word Documents

Hi @Amanthaper , The Word Document just contains a table with certain areas to be filled out.

I have created variables by using Design Mode and so I just need a work around to having the premium Word Connector. Simply put, one question on the form will complete a cell in the table.

I have tried recreating the document in excel and making tables so as to update the rows but this proved too complicated and messed with the format.

Surely there must be a way?

    Your help is appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Nayan Mistry
