I am new to powerapps and looking for your guidance. I want to build a solution for a project I am working on where we are providing medical services to local communities. Data source is an excel sheet we receive weekly and contains personal and contact information of families that need to be scheduled. There are 3 services to be provided (Radiology, Lab, and Physical Examination), each service is provided on a separate day per family. So each family will need to be scheduled on 3 different days to complete everything with no specific order. What I want is to create a solution where I update a table of the weekly received families where newly received families hold the status "Pending", then to allow our 3 teams to search those records and bulk schedule families (around 50 individuals per day for each service) for those services and avoid duplicate appointments between them, also to be able to set the status of each individual/family once they complete a service to "Complete". Provided that estimated population to be served is around 30k in total. Can you please give me ideas on how approach this.
