Hi All,

Working on my first powerapp project! Learning through this community is great from past two weeks!

I have created power app form based on SharePoint list.

User can access it through link. No Login required

Want to give option where user can access the app after somedays to see what he/she has submitted

To do so I have created a gallery linking to SharePoint data source(linking SharePoint list).

I want to filer gallery based on current user and last record submitted

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Vinmam123

Vinayak

    Hi @vinmam123 ,

    This should get the last record in thr gallery submitted by the current user, assuming the gallery contains the relevant fields.

    LookUp(
     Sort(
     GalleryName.AllItems,
     Modified,
     Descending
     ),
     'Created By'.Email = User().Email
    )

    Hi @vinmam123 ,

    No - it would be the Text of a Label, the Default of a Text Box or you might be setting a Variable to the value as the output is Text.

    hi @WarrenBelz ,

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response:!

    1. Please refer the below screenshot:
    2. Gallery (Highlighted in red) I have linked to SharePoint list source
    3. I created the display form(Highlighted in green) from same SharePoint list
    4. I Linked Display form(Highlighted in green) to Galleryname.selected
    5. I can find the last submit record in the form (The formula used for this is highlighted in blue)

    Now I want  formula to filter by current user email so that display form will display only current user last submitted data

    Can you please help me to tweak the formula(Highlighted in blue to achieve this)

    Hi @WarrenBelz ,

    Thank you!, Never mind..I managed it with below formula with many trail and errors. Below formula is working just fine)

    Below formula On gallery, "Item" property it worked

    Filter(SortByColumns('sharepointlist name',"Created",Descending),'Created By'.Email=User().Email)

    Regards,

    Vinayak
