Hello everyone,

we would like to know if its possible to create only one flow with a superadmin or something like that in Power Automate, that allows us to extract the data of the mails (From, CC, subject, attachments...) of all my teammates. ¿Its there any way to create a flow with my superadmin that allows us to recopile the info in SharePoint?

We think the Per flow plan of Power Automate can be our solution, but its very expensive and we cant do tests with it.

    The flow functionalities comes with the Standard License, the one that costs 12.50, dont you have a office365 account?

    yeah I have one.

    but I have done a flow that only works in my Outlook. I want to take the mails from the Inbox of all the team Outlook accounts. i have done this, but only works in my account, how can i implement this flow in all the accounts of my company?
