Workflow have another ID in the link

My workflow sends an email which when a form is sent, an email must arrive to the person with a link to enter a form screen and save the changes, but that link arrives with a different ID from the flow of job. What can be?
Why when I tell the workflow to enter Link of the item, do you send me other Items with different IDs?

    Do you mean 'Flow' instead of 'Workflow'?  If the answer is yes, you might want to post this question in the MS Flow Community since you'll get a quicker response https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community/ct-p/FlowCommunity
