Filter Gallery by Combo box that is linked to a SharePoint List Look Up Column

Okay I have a Canvas App that is connected to my SharePoint list. I am trying to add a Gallery, that is Filtered by items selected in a Combo Box. The Combo Box data is coming from a Lookup Column on my list, that allows multiple selections per list item.

The gallery is not filtering.

My Current Code:

Combo Box- Item property

Choices('EIR-Engineering Information Request'.'Project Reference')

Gallery- Item Property

Filter('EIR-Engineering Information Request', 'Project Reference'.Value in ComboBox1.SelectedItems.Value)

Please try:

Filter( 'EIR-Engineering Information Request', Sum(ForAll('EIR-Engineering Information Request',If(Value in ComboBox1.SelectedItems.Value,1,0)),Value)>1 )
