Time Sheeting App Build

Good Evening

I am building a time sheeting application. Initially i used this link to build the core of the application

Make A Power Apps Timesheets App - Part 1 (matthewdevaney.com)

The challenge is that I have now added a lot of other fields and made a ton of changes from the original.

Using SharePoint List: Master Time List

Displaying using a Gallery

Inputs via gallery

Please note that I have changed the way this application operates.

The user reaches the app and then selects the date range and selects next.

Problem 1: as seen below I am having trouble hiding the gallery that is only supposed to appear once next is clicked

Problem 2: Once the next button is clicked i now have multiple blank items created.

If I delete the sheet and create it again the duplicates disappear, not sure what i am doing wrong here.

In my previous post I had trouble saving a record I have since managed to get this right

each item saves as it should.

Question: I would like to take the app a step further, i want to enable the user to be able to select a day of the week from the days available underlined in blue. Once selected the user should capture data for Monday hit save and continue to any other day of the week even being able to capture a new item for Monday or add to Mondays captured data.

Is this possible i know how to do this in a form setup create a button and show and hide a form based on button click.

But in a gallery, I cannot figure it out.

If someone could assist with my questions, I will appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi, it looks like you need to add an update option per line.

You can use the updateif function to make changes to a specific line: Update and UpdateIf functions in Power Apps - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
