Unable to process template language expressions in action 'SLA(2_days)' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'In function 'formatDateTime', the value provided for date time string '' was not valid. The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

Your date value is empty, Therefore the formatDateTime() function fails.

Hi,

How to fix this problem depends on what you want to achieve 😉

if( empty(outputs('Compose')), null, formatDateTime(outputs('Compose'), 'yyyy-MM-dd') )

This assumes that the date is stored in a Compose (outputs('Compose')) and if it's empty you want to return null.
