Hi,
 
I have 16 Google Forms that I want to download the CSV file when there is one or more responses.
 
 
Sometimes, one or more of the forms will have no responses. I need help in defining the actions that would skip attempting to download the CSV file.

    Hi,
     
    It seems like there is no direct action to retrieve data from google forms in power automate. But there are workarounds/alternatives
     
    1. Well instead of downloading form responses, if we make the power automate flow to capture the responses in csv file, i hope that would be fine as well. For that use script property under form settings and there write a google appscript which triggers an API/URL which would be generated by when HTTP Request is received action, like below


      https://umes4ever.medium.com/google-form-to-backend-csv-google-apps-scripts-fbc223bfae43
       
    2. Or you can link the google form responses to a google sheet like below which you make a power automate to convert to csv file if you want to make csv conversion as automated.

       
    3. Instead of google form- try with MS Form which has direct integration with power automate.
