Edit Powerapps fails to open

I am unable to open the PowerApp editor this morning.

    Please can you give us more details about your issue, screenshot of the error.

    The issue was errors when opening any PowerApp for Edit or trying to create a new App. It was an issue with the GCC cloud and all tenants. After a few hours, O365 was able to correct the issue.
