Basically a user uploads a filled excel file template first in an EditForm. Then when it is uploaded, it automatically copies the text data from the specific excel cells in a row to my power app's input fields. I've provided an illustration below. The text data cells I want to copy to my Powerapp's input fields respectively are SME (Red), ID (Yellow), Peer Review (Green).

Here is the thing, if your Excel data includes a calculated column, you can't use it to build an app, and you can’t add that data to an existing app.
The data in Excel shoule be a table and to access a specific cell you have to filter the datasource for the specific row and access the column to get the cell value.
