Hello,

I m doing desktop automation.

I have used Excel file to iterate over a records, take one by one record and put it into the window (text Box) and do further steps,

the issue is that after every 10-15 records it is failing (Unattended Mode) and gives error that Click Failed/ Window's wasn't found/ UI element not found etc.

But in the attended mode it works fine and smooth without giving any single error.

Kindly help me in this scenario.

Thanks & Regards,

Amit Mhamunkar

If you haven't already, have you tried adding some more Wait time in between some steps to see if that helps?

    Hello @ryule

Yes, I've tried to include a wait time between each step.

So it works well in attended mode,
The only issue with unattended mode is that

Another way I investigate unattended bots is surrounding my problem issue with screenshots and send them to a log folder (like my image below). Perhaps give that shot? Maybe your running into things not loading properly, resolution issues, etc....

    Hello @ryule ,

Thanks for your help,as you mentioned i have add the ScreenShot action in the flow, now i have identified the issues in unattended mode and,

I have shared a ScreenShot with you, it gives some Idle Timer Expired error,

Are you aware of this error? If yes What should I do since I'm in this scenario?

Oh wow, yep, that'll do it. Unfortunately I have not ran into that, nor am I aware of how to fix it. Hopefully somebody else here does!

I doubt this screen can be OK'd using keystrokes.

There are many articles if you search on the error message.

And the solutions talk about increasing the timeout reconnection for a remote session.

Refer to the Active session limit and Idle session limit sections in the following Microsoft Technet article for more information:

You might have to get it done from the IT team to have a trouble free RPA environment for running the processes.
