I have a small requirement that i would want to achieve in PowerApps. Currently, my Master Task List is designed in a way where in i have Position ID Column and Task Column.
Position ID Column is a text field which includes Position ID but not as a look but in this way [1,2,3,4,5,6]. we have manually mapped the ids. This is done so that we do not face any delegation.
I have a Position List which has Title Column as Position Name with SharePoint generated ID column.
Now i have a combobox which has the following code. The code shows the list of Unique Tasks name under Master Task List.
Distinct('Master Task List_Check',Tasks).ResultNow, what i want to achieve is bring out all the positions from Position Master that do belong for that task. Mapping is between ID column in Position Master and Position ID column in Master Task list.
And while submitting the Request, that particular id from position master should be deleted from Master Task List Position ID Text Field. Note that the text field has numbers displayed as 1,2,3,4,5
So example:
if i select task Create email, the other combobox should show Positions as President,President Operations etc..
User will select multiple Positions from combobox and then click on submit and President ID and President Operations id should be deleted from Position ID Text field of create email record.
How can this be achieved?
