I want to build a automation triggered by a SharePoint list items if created or updated, then the flow create the item in a new list or compare it if it is already their it will update it.

Thank you @Hardesh15 I will try it then I accept it as a Solution. What if I want in update item to update only two columns of 15 columns and not all the columns, there is a code to update only some columns with new values?
@roymaalouf85 In update action then select only those columns which you want to update.
