Hi,

I have two columns in Sharepoint list, "Completion date" and "Plan no.- A, B, C etc..". I want to build an alerts system when a Plan no. is triggered for eg. 'A', it should send me an email 6 month from the "completion date".

Is this possible?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Ayush09

Do you want to receive an email 6 month from the "completion date" if the Plan no. column's value is equal to 'A'?

You can build a scheduled cloud flow, run it once a day, check that the value of 'Plan No.' in the list is equal to A, and the date of today minus 180 is equal to 'completion date' .

I set up a flow, you can refer to the screenshots below to see if it helps.

    This is my test list.

    Flow in details:

Filter query:Planno_x002e_ eq 'A' and CompletionDate eq '@{addDays(utcNow(),-180,'yyyy-MM-dd')}'

'Planno_x002e' and 'CompletionDate' are the internal names of 'Plan no.' and 'CompletionDate' column respectively.

After flow runs, I will receive an email like below.

Hope the content above may help you.

    Hi @v-LilyW-msft ,

    Thank you very much!

This is exactly what i was looking for, is there a way to use a condition for other plans as well?

    Thanks
