Do you want to backup CDS?
You could refer this doc about backup:

Note this works for Common Data Service as well.
One of the way is to go to Dynamics 365 Administration Center.
What's more , don't worry about license.
Dynamics 365 is part of P2 plan of PowerApps.
The Tab
"Backup maken en terugzetten"
Is the only tab i cannot activate in the Dynamics 365 Administration Center.
while I have full rights. It snaps to the first tab.
Please check these points:
1)Only CRM Online 2016 Update 1 or later versions are supported for backup.
2)Sign in using Office 365 Global administrator credentials. You can also sign in with Customer Engagement apps System Administrator or Delegated Admin security roles.
