HTTP connector not displaying auth window

Trying to connect to an API with OAuth2 and the HTTP connector.
But getting 403 error, probably because no auth/login-window is popping up.
Using the same credentials in a custom connector - there it works.
How can I force the login-window to show up?

Are you using the Built In HTTP Connector (as opposed to with Azure AD etc)? If so, unlike Custom Connectors there is no Auth window and Authentication is possible only by Basic, Active Directory OAuth, Client Certificate or Raw.

    Hi @SamHillier96 ,
    thanks for clarification.
Yes, had to grant the service principal access to the blob storage and then it worked.
