License - Premium connector - only service account?

Hi all,

 

I've tried looking for an answer but I can't really find it clearly. I have a question regarding licensing when using a premium connector in PowerAutomate. Let me explain my situation:

 

- I have a PowerApp where people can add a new item to a Sharepoint List. 

- I have a flow with the trigger: When a new item is created in that Sharepoint list

- In that flow I use a Premium HTTP connector.

- All connectors/actions in that flow are connected using a serviceaccount with a premium license. 

- All other users have a standard E3 license with PowerAutomate/PowerApps included. 

 

Am I doing it right? Or do I need a premium license for All users who create a new item to that Sharepoint list where the trigger is located?

    Hi @Toetert1 ,

     

    Since it is an automated flow, the flow will run under context of the Owner account which is your service account.

    Only that account will need the premium license.
