Hi,
This is based on my basic knowledge of PAD.
The flow is by design going from top to bottom, executed actions will not rerun. If for some reason, you need to rerun those past actions, you will need the Label and Go to.
Label is like a fix waypoint/anchor in your flow. Go to action will allow you to instruct the flow to jump back to the Label position and rerun those actions from that point.
