I was just hoping for some guidance. Would it be possible to search the body of an email and use that to send an email with attachments? The background is that we're receiving a generic email after approval as part of a process, we'd like to pick the username from the body and send them information based on that automatically.

There are pretty good actions to get and process emails, e.g. under ‚Outlook‘.
You can then parse the body of the email body.

But perhaps it’s better to have a look at Power Automate Cloud flows, if this might solve it better. Power Automate Desktop has no direct trigger possibility (only started via a cloud flow).
