I am having trouble in Flow connecting to my Outlook account. Says "Create and authorize OAuth connection failed". Strange as the connection was made successfully when I used another pre-canned Flow that mapped my Google Calendar to my Outlook Calendar. Thanks for any thoughts.

Sometime the connection will expire or invalid if you create a new Flow from the template.
If it is invalid, you can click the ellipsis to choose another connection or add a new connection.
