I have build Canvas app on one of the SharePoint list called "Employee Roster" which has 3 choice columns
1.Employee Name 2. Manager and 3. Location. I have another list called "Data" in which these 3 column data reside and i am using "Data" list as source in PowerApps for fetching these 3 column data and I am able to fetch it without any issue but when I remove any item from "Data" list. The item submitted in past in "Employee Roster" using referencing data from "data" doesn't display.
I am not sure even deleting data from source list how it impact to submitted items in SharePoint list referencing that data.
Please suggest how to retain the data even deletion data from source list.
Column data is getting removed for submitted item from SharePoint list which is extracting from source list in PowerApps.
