SharePoint When an item is created or modified not working

This is very simple flow.

No any history showed to see why all runs were failed. I tried to change the same flow to use When an item is created, it worked. So my SharePoint list and connections are correct. Is there any other place I can check what could be wrong without history?

I guess something was changed behind the scene. I don't have any problem to my channel again.

I tried the same flow but with another list in other Team channel. It worked. But when I switch back to the list, it stopped working again. I cannot tell any difference between the 2 channels. They both invite external users.

You are correct. I consider it wasn't trigger at all since not any history.

In the section for run history click on 'All Runs'. Then in the run history page select the dropdown in the upper right corner and pick 'Failed runs'

So by failed do you mean it wasn't triggered?
