Hi everyone.

I hope you are all doing well.

I am trying to build an Automated Flow that looks at my sharepoint list for a new item.

This new item will need to be approved based on the Line of Business(LOB), eg - Sales, Service, IT. Each LOB has different Approvers. Once Approved, a new Request Number is issued.

How do tell the flow to look at the LOB to send the email to the Approvers? Secondly, do I need to worry if the flow will look at currently approved items? Should I place a condition in the flow that says don't run if a Request Number exists?

I know this is probably so easy for you all, but I appreciate any help you offer.
