Is possible to print whole canvas ?
I mean this one
If not, what is the best way to print things that take up more than one screen (scrollable)

Here is the thing:
Print does not print the entire content. It’s basically a screenshot of the actual screen you are viewing. So if you have a gallery showing a list of 100 items, it won’t print 100 items. Rather just the content visible on screen at that moment.
However, Shane Young has something different approach:

And, you could try to convert it into a PDF and print it out:
