How can use Search text input to manage to filter more than 2000 records

Hi everyone,

I have a Sharepoint List which is more than 2000 records and I am trying use filter as a search option but it's not giving me the endpoint data which is lying at 4999.

So far I used the collection OnStart property of the App to following:.

Concurrent(
ClearCollect(col1, Filter(CategoryDefinition, ID >= 1 && ID <= 2000)),
ClearCollect(col2, Filter(CategoryDefinition, ID >= 2001 && ID <= 4000)),
ClearCollect(col3, Filter(CategoryDefinition, ID >= 4001 && ID <= 6000))
);
ClearCollect(colCombined,col1,col2,col3);

);

and on the Gallery i used the below formula.

Filter(
colCombined,
TextInput4_1.Text in Title ||
TextInput4_1.Text in 'Level 2' ||
TextInput4_1.Text in 'Level 3' ||
TextInput4_1.Text in 'Level 4' ||
TextInput4_1.Text in 'Level 5' ||
TextInput4_1.Text in 'Level 6'
)

But no success.

You have 2 issues, the Collection and the filter. Which of them is the challenge. Does your Collection pull all the records?

Can you help me on both issues
The Collection and the filter.

Even my collection is not pulling all the records
Able to get value from Col1 but no luck with col2 and col3
I tried using a sample gallery and put the Col3 to see the value but its not giving me any information.

The collection formula is ok. But let me ask, is the delegation limit of the App set to 2000?

That is File...Settings...Advanced Settings

Hi @akbarmahfuzalam ,

SharePoint only support '=' operator for ID column, so I don't think you can get any data in col2 collection.

You have to create a new custom number column to implement this.

So I have added one column as IDS which is number format.

Then use IDS column in Filter Logic as follows.

Concurrent( ClearCollect(col1, Filter(CategoryDefinition, IDS >= 1 && IDS <= 2000)), ClearCollect(col2, Filter(CategoryDefinition, IDS >= 2001 && IDS <= 4000)), ClearCollect(col3, Filter(CategoryDefinition, IDS >= 4001 && IDS <= 6000)) ); ClearCollect(colCombined,col1,col2,col3);

After this, you can try to use CountRows(colCombined) formula to output the row number of combined collection to see if all records is retrieved back from SharePoint list.
