Attachments storage to Azure Blob enabled but where is the Blob configured?

Entity form Additional settings.

 

When set to upload attachments to the 'Notes' entity works fine.

 

When changed to 'Azure Blob Storage' where do I configure which Blob it should go to?

    Where do you enable the "Azure Blob Storage" option for Entity Form? Within a PowerApps Portal?
