Populating Sharepoint List with forecasted hours based on Week Commencing Date

Hi

I am trying to work out a power automate which will enable me to populate a sharepoint list called "Project Hours" with some weekly forcasted hourly data from a look up table ("Project hours List Lookup Table")

Projects will initially be inputted into the ISC Projects table below which includes a "Project Number" & "Project Type".

If the project type matches either "Strategic Sourcing Event" or "Standard Sourcing Event" i want to be able to pull through the "project number" from "ISC Projects" List and the weekly hours profile as shown below.

These weekly hours numbers need to be populated into the "project hours" list below based on the Start W/C Date which is also collected in the main ISC Project List.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have hit a bit of a brick wall with this one!

Many thanks

Chris

I'm not as familiar with Project type lists. I don't understand the column headings in the last screenshot for the Project Hours list. Are your columns Monday dates?

Can you show the Project Hours list settings so I can see what the columns are?

I'm thinking you can do some kind of math with the project start date and the current date to divide the number of days by 7 and find which week you are supposed to be in.

    Hi

The dates in the final screen shot are Monday dates.

The project hours are just number columns (see below). the idea being that from whichever week the project starts i want to map the numbers from the lookup table into the project hours table week by week if that makes sence.

In the land of all things possible, I guess it can be done, but I do not have the knowledge for that.

I think the list layout is not ideal. Why can't you have weeks in the final project hours list just like the lookup list? You could include a secondary column that has the date range for that week.

Title ProjectNumber StartDate Week1 Hours Week1 Dates Week2 Hours Week2 Dates
    Test1 1234 06/11/2023 8 06/11/2023-12/11/2023 6 13/11/2023-19/11/2023
    Test2 1234 28/11/2023 6 27/11/2023-03/12/2023 4 04/12/2023-10/12/2023
