I just built a locker app for 5 levels and each level has a different PIC who can either approve/reject the request based on certain condition - e.g. the requestor can only select locker number based on his/her level only. One of the details in the form is the Level and locker number to select based on the availability. Each level has different PIC for approval, e.g. PIC A is in charge of Level 1, PIC B for Level 2, etc. Sample: If I am on Level 1, the form will auto direct to PIC A for approval and if the request is for Level 2, it goes to PIC B, etc.

1. How do I send for approval once the form is submitted to the PIC?

2. How do I update the database once the form is appoved by the PIC? To change the locker status from Available to Assigned with the requestor's details?
