How to reset to default form customizing

Hi!
How can I reset to default customizing form ?

    I tried to customize form for create item.

    But I changed my mind and want to get rid of this customization.
    Is there a way to return it to its original default Sharepoint form if I have already saved it?

    It's very easy. Just delete the cards  you changed and go to the dropdown on the top right side of the screen and add the fields back in again.
