Site Scripts using REST API

I have been able to generate an Access Token from SharePoint however, I want to be able to update the Site Design using the REST API. Has anybody been able to call the site design API at all. I'm using the REST API call from Microsoft Docs.

RestRequest("/_api/Microsoft.Sharepoint.Utilities.WebTemplateExtensions.SiteScriptUtility.ApplySiteDesign", {siteDesignId: "614f9b28-3e85-4ec9-a961-5971ea086cca", "webUrl":"https://contoso.microsoft.com/sites/projectgo"});

    Hi @skmcken,

    Could you please share more details about your scenario?

    Could you please show a bit more about the Site Design that you want to update?

    Further, do you want to update the SharePoint site using the SharePoint REST API?

    If you want to update the SharePoint site using the SharePoint REST API, I have no idea to update the SharePoint site using the SharePoint REST API currently. I afraid that there is no way to update the SharePoint site using the SharePoint REST API in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

    More details about completing basic operations using SharePoint Rest API, please check the following article:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/sp-add-ins/complete-basic-operations-using-sharepoint-rest-endpoints

    If you could provide more details about your scenario, we would provided a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Kris

    @v-xida-msftthe scenario details are as follows: -

    1. User will create a new Project within Model Driven App based on CDS 2.0 and Dynamics 365.
    2. Dynamics 365 Office Groups Integration (Already Provisioned) creates a new Office Group based on that new Project Creation.
    3. After Group Creation, Microsoft Flow applies Site Design (Already Provisioned through PowerShell and available in Tennant). This would be using the HTTP Trigger.
    4. Flow then Associates Group with Hub Site.

    Everything is provisioned and, I have Flow calling the 365 Tennant and getting the Token with no issue however, the REST API Call in the next HTTP Block fails using the REST Call on Docs

    RestRequest("/_api/Microsoft.Sharepoint.Utilities.WebTemplateExtensions.SiteScriptUtility.ApplySiteDesign", {siteDesignId: "614f9b28-3e85-4ec9-a961-5971ea086cca", "webUrl":"https://contoso.microsoft.com/sites/projectgo"});

    I'm trying to figure where the URI call needs to go within the Tennant to hit the _api/Microsoft.Sharepoint.Utilities.WebTemplateExtensions.SiteScriptUtility.ApplySiteDesign"

    Hi there, I think I'm actually trying to do the same thing.  Assuming you haven't worked it out yet or got a suitable answer, maybe we can try to help out each other.  I found the image below, it shows the URI to use to access the REST API.

    I'm actually stuck at an earlier step. This is about how to configure the App (and permissions) in AzureAD that I can then use to get the token from FLOW.  It would be great if you could assist me with that.  Main issue is not sure which API to use and what permissions to assign.

    Cheers, Andre
