You probably already read this but like every Certification this just Proves, that you know how to create and manage apps, flows,ect.... and also extend them with custom code.

PL-400 is for power platform developer. it will cover Power Apps, Power automate and dataverse. You should cover PL - 900 and PL 200 before that you will get good idea about the certificate.
