I have a requirement to rename a OneDrive Folder via Flows, Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there is no effective way to rename folders in OneDrive.
I think this link can give you some inspiration:

In fact, you can also store the folder in the Documents library of SharePoint, and then modify the folder name by this method.
I did a test for your reference.
In my scenario:

_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl('Shared Documents/OLD FOLDER NAME')/ListItemAllFields
If-Match: * X-HTTP-Method: MERGE Accept: Application/json;odata-verbose
{ "Title": "NEW FOLDER NAME", "FileLeafRef": "NEW FOLDER NAME" }
