Requiero de su ayuda, estoy configurando un flujo de aprobación de documento, pero no encuentro o como configuro la opción de la trazabilidad de toda la aprobación del documento, fecha y hora de los diferentes aprobadores, y que puedan ser extraídos a una lista en SharePoint.

Hola Buenas Tardes

Mucha gracias por su ayuda, ahora tengo una inquietud, después de que tenga en la lista de SharePoint una linea de aprobación del flujo no me permite guardar o que se vayan acumulando uno por uno en la lista me aparece el siguiente error;

O si sabes como realizar el cuadro de aprobación no mediante la lista de SharePoint si no en la misma biblioteca.

The recommendation you suggested worked very well. However, I have a problem and it is that when I’m creating other items in the list it shows an error because "duplicate" information appears in the "status" list field.

This is the error: “The list item could not be inserted or updated because duplicate values were found in the following list fields (Status)”.

I would like to know if there is some way to solve this error (perhaps leaving the field blank in "create item"), and also I would like to know if that same information that I configure in a Sharepoint list with "Create item" can be applied in a Sharepoint documents library with another Dynamic content.

Hi @Camilogiraldo13 ,

It seems that the Status field has been set to enforce unique values.

You could try to leave this field blank when you configuring Create item action.

Besides, if you want to add these values to Library, you need to use Update file properties action and you should get the specified file first.
