Is there a way to create a flow that will create an intelex report based on answers to a microsoft form?

I know Intelex has an API, but I am unsure where the resources are when creating custom connectors.  If anyone can point me in a particular direction, I'd certainly appreciate it!

    For custom connector you need to know C# and for API documentation of Intelex It can provide C# code, below is the link for your reference
