Unlock the stage in Business Process Flow

Hi All,

I am seeing this unlock symbol in stage. Why so? I haven't done anything for that

Please refer attached screenshot

    I do not have knowledge with Business Process Flow, but I will try to find some info about it.

     

    Meanwhile let's see if someone here on the communities can help us as well.

    There are 2 likely causes to this:

    1. You have defined mandatory fields in the current stage that haven't been entered, hence you can't move to subsequent stages
    2. If the process flow spans entities, stages will be locked if they depend on a record that hasn't been created yet
