Could anyone provide any materials on email configuration with model-driven apps? I understand I need to set up server profiles, server-side synchronization and then approve mailboxes as an exchange admin or global admin unless those options are disabled. BUT - Is there any possible chance that a user in dynamics/model driven app could see another users synced emails? Once this is setup, what is the behaviour of the functionality? Can anyone provide any info on how email works in model-driven apps in app and how to configure it in an environment?
@lewisbaybutt5DT , There is no such email configuration available in Model-Driven App. But you can include Activity entity to the Model driven app to see the email activities which are sent and received thru Dynamics.

Hi @ArchitectMadhan - Apologies for my incorrect technical references.
I understand how to add the correct tables i.e. activities, email, email templates and so on to the model-driven app. But I am looking for actually how to configure the email setup i.e. server profiles. Also what is the behaviour of emails in dataverse? Will all users see each others emails or is there rightly something that prevents this kind of behaviour? How does it work?
