Hi Folks,
I have a requirement where one of the manager wants to create Outlook tasks for their subordinates on the basis of SharePoint List Data.
They have a SharePoint list, where they put all the details like subject, description, start date, end date, priority, status and Assigned to (person type field). So when they fill out all the data, and they put a employee name in "Assigned to" field, they want that an Outlook task should get create for that person. If they fill my name against there in SP list, I must see a task in my outlook.
I have added these 2 simple steps in flow, and I am able to create an Outlook task for me, but the issue is : It is not asking me "Assigned to" value details. So if they put someone else's name in List, even though I'll get an Outlook task, but that person should be the one who will get the task.
Kindly suggest.
