i want to take SAP screen shots into the Word document.

Use "Take screenshot" -action and save it to your clipboard. Then use "Insert image in Word document" -action to insert that screenshot to the word document.

here i want to take the screen shots of different screens in sap into the same word document.

Then you just change the "Launch Word" -action to "Attach to running Word" -action.

If you need to take several screenshots from different screens on SAP then you need to first navigate to those screens and take the screenshots one by one.

If you are still having problems could you explain in more detail the issue you are having and why the suggested solution does not work.

Below i have given the requirement for the SAP automation for taking Screen shots (UAT Process)

Sales Order Company Code F Year Accounting Document Reference Number

7101010410 FI00 2023 200002665 9016467026

Log in SAP ITN system ( UAT System)
Open T code VA03
Insert the Sales order number in the ORDER Field from the Excel Sheet
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Press F5
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Display Header Details
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Partner
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click additional Data B
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Display document Flow (F5)
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Close the Screen

Open T Code FB03
Insert the Document number, Company Code, and Fiscal Year from the Excel Sheet.
Press Enter
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Display document Header (F5)
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Cancel (F12)
Click Display Tax Data (F6)
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Continue/confirm (enter)
Dubble Click Customer Account
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Dubble Click GL Account
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click More (All Acct Assignments)
Take Screenshot and paste in Word Document
Click Cancel (F12)
Click F3

Open T Code VF03
Insert the Billing Document (Reference Number) from the Excel Sheet.
Click Billing Document Click Output to
Click ZRD2 Output
Click Print preview (Ctrl+shift+F1)
Download the invoice copy in the folder.

But you didn't really explain what are you having trouble with. Have you not done any part of that flow yet?

You should try building the flow yourself and then ask for help if you run into problems.

This forum is not really for asking others to build you complete automated workflows but to help if they are having trouble with certain parts of building the automations.
