Hi,

I need to find duplicate values in multiple fields, when item is created.

Basically, need to check if the Invoice#1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 value is matching Vendor name value. If values of any invoice number matches in existing data with same vendor name then send email. How can i create multiple filters?

Thanks,

Omer Saeed Dayani

    Hi @Alkindi1222 ,

Do you mean you want to validate if a Value exists in other columns, right?

    If so, please try this:

    1. Get all items from sharepoint list

    2. Extract a single-column Array using Select operation for each column

    3. Use Contains() function to check if the value exists in that single column and use Or function to combine all criteria in Condition Step.

    For instance:

    Hope this helps.

    Dear @v-siky-msft ,

    Thanks for reply,

I have total five invoices field and one field for vendor name. For instance:

    • If vendor name 'ABC' and invoice#1 '055211
    • Now another item with same vendor 'ABC' and field is invoice#2 '055211', same applies to invoice#3,4 and 5 with Vendor name. So what we need is that the invoice number value '055211' in five fields should not be equal with vendor name 'ABC'.

Hope I was able to explain.

    Thanks,
