Hi I have a list form that I have customised in PowerApps. All looks great but for some reason, when I revert to my list and click new to add a new item, in the form view the contents defaults to the first item in the list. How to I set these values to empty as I don't want to edit that first item, just add a totally new one?

On your SharePointIntegration object, can you confirm that you're still calling NewForm and that it refers to the correct form?
