Hi group!

It is possible from Power Automate to send emails to a list of recipients (created in Excel with email, message text and path to attachment file) with a common message text but with a specific attachment file specific for each recipient (contains specific data of that recipient)?

Hello,

For this one I would recommend to have a loop over your recipient list and an if statement inside that loop.
Depending on the recipient and your business logic you send a different attachment.

Hi @Rafa_Gr ,

Do you want to send different emails to different people based on the personnel information in the Excel table?

I have a test for your reference, first we can use List rows present a table action to get all the information of the table, then in Apply to each we can use Get file content using path action to get the attachment content (note that the files are in my OneDrive, and this action can only get the files in the path in OneDrive), and finally send different emails to different people according to the information of each cycle.

Note that if you have a SharePoint library to save these files, just replace the get file using path in SharePoint.

Hi!
Thanks for your time and for solving my query.
I have some doubts.
First is about get the path of the attachment file on OneDrive and copy it to the userlist file.
For example, if I have to send 100 emails, how can I have the links of the attachments without having to copy them one by one?
Second, can you explain the step where "Value" appears?
Third where can I find manuals to learn how to make the flows?
