Search or filter of SharePoint list not working

Hi All

I have a Sharepoint list with around 1000 items, called Users, with Column 'DisplayName'

I added Gallery with Items 'Users' and it show list of users fine.

Then I added Text field 'UserTA' and trying to search for a particular user, (changed Gallery Items to "Search(Users, UserTA.Text, "DisplayName") ") but it doesnt always work, sometimes I get a blank Gallery, although user I am searching is in the list.

I also tried Filter with the same result. 

I have raised the  row limit to 2000, but still not always getting results
Any idea what could be wrong?

    Hi @k_romych 

     

    Can you try using the below expression?

    Filter(Users, StartsWith(DisplayName, TextInputControlName.Text))
