I am working on this Power App to create a sketchbook and gallery based on this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTYpcCQorRY. I am following it step by step. I am on the last two steps but it is not working. What am I doing wrong it is onSelect like she said and I followed it put there are errors.
Can you show us the data in your gallery/collection. So the value that you're setting in your variable.
First thing I see is that you want need to change this:
into
Set(selectedcolor, ThisItem.value)
since in your table the value column is not written in capital.
Also try to change the name of your variable, sometimes it gets wrongly saved in the cache and even though everything is fine you get these error codes. changing the name resolves that.
for which section do you want the code. I posted the code in the images above.
Why was it incorrect because of one space missing
Probably just the wrong cache. As soon as you set a value once in the variable power apps wont accept another datatype anymore for this variable... At least sometimes it doesn't.
Powerapps is a great tool but it still has it's buggy sides. Sometimes you just can't explain why it didn't work and by just recreating exactly like the first tile again it will work.
I'm making canvas app, i linked the data from the share point and if select send mail button the from details should be appeared in the mail on image mode, and enter the code but it not working, the only problem is that the selected.image only not working, can anyone let me know what to do.
Note: The inside form value in datacard, need to send the data card values to send mail with image mode
