Authentication Not enabled Error even if On Error topic is turned off

Authentication was initially set-- we disabled Log in to now Security is set to No Athentication, i.e Anonymous.
When promoting for generativ answers still getting error below 
An error has occurred. Error code: AuthenticationNotConfigured Conversation Id: B9j10HDYsxY4NY1k5V9kw6-us Time (UTC): 2024-09-05T11:40:24.937Z.
