In my app I have a gallery that can be used to open submitted forms. All forms are submitted using patch. I found how to make the newly created record open upon saving it when using SharePoint lists and I'm assuming it would also work with Dataverse, I can't seem to find how to do it though with SQL. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Example:

ID# 1 - 5 already exists.

Submit record with ID# 6

App should automatically open ID#6 once it's saved.

You can use a variable to include the Patch function and get the ID of newly created record:

Set(varID, Patch(.....).ID)

With this variable, you can use LookUp function to address this record:

LookUp(Table, ID = varID)
