I shared the power app with others but others saw this one and were not able to use the power apps.

I saved the data on my computer. Should I share the data with others? I can't since a part of data is sensitive.
Did you use the File system connector to save the data? If not what connector (data source) did you use? Users will need permission to access the data to make the app work. If the data is only viewed in the app then read only will be enough. If they need to edit then they'll need edit access to the data. Power Apps doesn't support impersonation and isn't a security layer. It just provides a user interface to data that the users have access to.

The filter / search bar can't be "view", if I choose "view", no one can't see the bar.
Is there any way I can do fix this issue? Thank you.
As I said, Power Apps isn't a security layer. Users need to have whatever access they need to the underlying data to accomplish the purpose of the app. There is no way to avoid that. But can you explain what you mean when you say the filter and search bar can't be "View"? The controls can be set to be edited. But the results when used in a Search() or Filter() operation can be used to view data that is Read ONly.

Did you share both the app and the data with the people who can't see the app? Are they external users? When are they seeing the above error message, when they try to run the app or when they try to find the app in Power Apps.
