Hello,

I want to add to a workflow that we have developed before. The workflow checks the birth dates of people from the excel table and sends mail to the relevant people. This workflow works smoothly. We want to make an addition to the same workflow. We want to do;

There are pdf files of people's names in a folder. We want to add the pdf file belonging to that user to this e-mail that we celebrate their birthdays. For example. We want to add the abc.pdf file to the attachment of the abc user's birthday mail. How can I add pdf file to related email?

Thank you

    Hi  @Wenom ,

    Do you want to see the date of birth of a person from an excel sheet and send an email to the relevant person?

    Then add the abc.pdf file to the attachment of the abc user's birthday email?

    Since I don't have a screenshot of your process, I'm assuming a running environment.

    In my scenario:

    concat(split(formatDateTime(item()?['birthdayDate'],'yyyy-MM-dd'),'-')[1],'-',split(formatDateTime(item()?['birthdayDate'],'yyyy-MM-dd'),'-')[2])

    concat(split(formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-dd'),'-')[1],'-',split(formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-dd'),'-')[2])
