How to create file in another folder after approval from attached ms list files

Hi all, 

 

I have an approval flow whereby:

1. user submit the information and files via MS list

2. after manager approves, i want the file to be copied into another folder

 

below is my flow, the first part is working well on adding the file as an attachment for approval

approval is also working as intended

but when it comes to the create files, the file name and content didnt turn out as expected (as an excel file)

 

appreciate if you have a solution on how can i get the create file to work properly

    Hi @AndyYWS ，

    Please add a 'Get attachment content' control to your 'Apply to each 2' loop.

    I did a test for your reference

    In my scenario:

    Can i ask a further question, i added a manual name to the file as needed, how can i create the extension dynamically? e.g., xlsx, docx based on what was uploaded?

    Hi @AndyYWS ,

    I tested it here.

    You can customize the name of the file. The premise is that you add the correct file suffix, such as docx, xlsx, pdf, and it will not cause the file content to be damaged.

    There is no problem.
